Sanjay Ghodawat University was established as a State Private University in the year 2017. Previously it was Sanjay Ghodawat Institutes formed in the year 2009 by the Chairman of SG Group, Sanjay Ghodawat. The Institute had received NAAC A grade and also its programs were accredited by NBA and after this the natural progression was the evolvement of Sanjay Ghodawat University.

The University was formed to accommodate more students and give them a variety of choices for their career path. The University offers UG, PG and PhD programs in Technology, Management, Commerce, Science, Liberal Arts, Architecture, Pharmacy and Computer Applications.

The USP of the University is its curriculum in tandem with the requirements of the industry plus choice-based credit system that allows students to choose major as well minor in the subjects of their choice. It encourages multi - disciplinary approach that helps students creativity and productivity. The University also offers hand on experience with establishment of Tata Technology Centre, Mechatronics Lab Car, BOSCH Collaboration Centre, Centre of Space and Atmospheric Science etc.

The University campus is a state of art facility provided to students to help them study in a pristine environment. The 165 acres campus is replete with facilities like spacious classrooms, smart classrooms, well equipped labs, food court, amphi-theatre, stadium with flood lights, swimming pool, horse riding, tennis court etc.

The School of Commerce and Management, SGU was recognized as Top Emerging B School by Times B School Survey 2020. School of Technology, SGU Ranked 4th in Top Emerging Engineering Institutes of the Nation, 9th in Placement Category and 2nd in Research Capabilities by Times Ranking 2020.

Founded in 1908 by the Honourable George and Ethel Swinburne as the Eastern Suburbs Technical College, Swinburne has continued to evolve, gaining university status in 1992.

About ICEI 2023

The Engineering Informatics-2023 conference is a high-quality scientific meeting in hybrid mode that aims to engage academia and industry in showcasing current technologies in Engineering Informatics and digital practices. Engineering informatics is an emerging and rapidly advancing area known for some of its key technologies and concepts and their transformational potential in domains like Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Metaverse, Cybersecurity, Mechatronics and Digital Twins. It combines both Industry 4.0 (Advanced technologies in Manufacturing) and Industry 5.0 (Advanced industries in Society). The IEEE Engineering Informatics conference 2023 (EI2023) provides a link between electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering in the emerging fields of extended reality (XR), Industrial IoT (IIoT), and the metaverse. The conference covers various sectors such as Manufacturing, Civil, Aerospace, Robotics, Mechatronics, Construction, etc. and not just introduces trends but provides insight on the effective implementation of new developments. It is focused on emerging fields such as Extended Reality, Industrial IoT, and the Metaverse, combining both Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0. The event aims to unite key players and experts from various disciplines in Engineering Informatics to present and advance knowledge and generate ideas that benefit industries. Being organized under the well-respected IEEE banner, it will form a sound basis for future years as Engineering Informatics gains further momentum in Australia and globally.

The Engineering informatics conference will be a high-quality scientific meeting. However, the conference will not only look to engage academia but also involve industry through the showcase of current technologies in Engineering Informatics and digital practices. As the digital transformation due to Engineering Informatics has made a massive change in the business models of sectors such as manufacturing, civil, aerospace, robotics, mechatronics, construction, and so on, this conference takes it forward from there and not just introduces trends in Engineering Informatics but also provides insight on the effective implementation of new developments in Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) and Big Data in a multi-disciplinary scope. It will be a two-day conference featuring plenaries, parallel sessions, and an industry exhibition plus technical tours of the Factory of the Future.

Some conference streams are proposed, and these include mobility, biomedical, construction, smart manufacturing, and education. The conference program will be developed via blind peer review of abstracts and papers will be published.
